"I have trying to contact Hilda Ortega for over a year and no one gets back to you. They play phone and email tag. I finally got in touch with Massiel Carino Bravo at her office, I asked for quotes, she email a few days later, I responded the same day and now she is claiming she never got that email. I just forwarded again. I am on the phone with her right now and she keeps LYING. I can't take the gaslighting AND LYING. I have asked to be transferred to another agent/ office. I never asked to be put with Hilda in the first place. State Farm assigned her randomly after the first agent. I don't believe all these 5 star reviews. ETA: Nicole Peguero is ANOTHER LIAR ON this team. TEAM LIES. Disgraceful. I will be reporting this to State Farm."
