"After shopping around for new car insurance I found that state-farm was the best option that fit ideally for my situation. The policy and coverage associated with my purchase made me feel protected incase of any emergency, which I feel would put any one at ease in any high stress situation. God forbid something were to happen, I can at least rest with the idea that everything will be alright. What really sold me was the care and strong customer service I received from their representative, Lalo Carino. He went above and beyond explaining to me any questions I had in regards and never made me feel rushed or doubtful about anything. He was extremely patient and understanding that I wasn't very knowledgeable about insurance and helped me step by step, start to finish with the whole process. I highly recommend requesting him as he provided a lot of information, showed excellent customer service, and made it an all around great experience."
